St. Olav's spring is found in Krokskogen. Tradition says that the spring was created when St.Olav's horse kicked away the moss and water started flowing. According to tradition you can see marks from the horse's hooves and the bucket used by St. Olav to water his horse. The photo provides an example of how the Pilgrim Way is marked.
